Hello August~
This month, our theme is ocean! The infants will learn about animals that live in the ocean, work with sand and shells in the sensory table, and experiment with water by making sensory bottles.
Weekly focus—
Week one: Sensory (beach bottle shakers)
Week two: Gross motor (manipulating pillows)
Week three: Fine motor (dolphin shakers)
Week four: Cognitive (base with rings on a dimensional gradation)
Week five: Language (colors and types of fish)

Dates to remember:
- August 2: The Reptile Man visits PFM
- August 30: PFM closed for teacher in-service
Classroom reminder:
Please label your child's bottles and/or food with their first and last name, date, and the type of milk or food. Let us know if your child has dietary restrictions! We'll update thier file and ensure these are monitored during communal snack times. Thank you!
